The new hotel will offer 44 rooms, a banquet hall, swimming pool, conference facilities, and a 24-hour restaurant, targeting both corporate and leisure segments. The property is expected to be operational by December 2026, strengthening Kamat Hotels’ presence in the growing Uttarakhand hospitality market.
