Deepak Chem Tech Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Deepak Nitrite, has issued 55 lakh 9% Optionally Convertible Redeemable Preference Shares (OCRPS) at par, raising ₹55 Cr from Deepak Phenotics Limited, another subsidiary. The fund infusion aims to strengthen DCTL’s capital base and support ongoing project expenses. DCTL operates a fluorination plant in Gujarat with a turnover of ₹9.43 Cr in FY25, up from ₹0.86 Cr in FY24, focusing on chemical industry projects aligned with the parent company’s core business.
