Zodiac Ventures Ltd — Updates, 11-07-2025: Company Update

Zodiac Ventures has announced a board meeting on 14th July 2025 to commence construction of its redevelopment project at Tejpal Scheme, Vile Parle (East), Mumbai. The project, focused on 1, 2, and 3 BHK residential apartments with a total carpet area of 33,000 sq. ft., is expected to generate sales of Rs. 110 Cr. Scheduled for completion in two and a half years, it aims to offer modern, sustainable living close to key social, educational, healthcare, and commercial hubs, strengthening the company’s presence in Mumbai’s redevelopment sector.
