Apollo Ingredients Limited has announced a board meeting to consider a rights issue of 1 crore equity shares at Rs. 5 each, aggregating up to Rs. 500 lakhs. The issue offers 25 shares for every 1 share held by eligible shareholders on the record date. Applications must be made through the ASBA process, with allotment and credit of shares strictly in dematerialized form.
