Cosmo First Limited has announced a final dividend of Rs. 4 per equity share for FY 2024-25, subject to shareholder approval. Dividend payments will be subject to tax deduction at source (TDS) as per applicable rates based on shareholder category and submitted documentation. Resident individual shareholders with total dividend income up to Rs. 10,000 in FY 2025-26 will not face TDS.
