**Standalone Financial Highlights (FY 2024-25):**

- Revenue from operations rose to ₹525.92 Cr from ₹409.91 Cr in the previous year.

- Total income stood at ₹533.07 Cr versus ₹414.10 Cr.

- Operating expenses increased to ₹422.18 Cr from ₹320.98 Cr.

- Profit before tax declined to ₹29.87 Cr from ₹32.72 Cr.

- Net profit was ₹22.13 Cr compared to ₹24.75 Cr last year.

- Basic and diluted EPS were ₹9.29 and ₹9.29 respectively, down from ₹13.63.

**Consolidated Financial Highlights (FY 2024-25):**

- Revenue from operations increased to ₹548.59 Cr from ₹410.60 Cr.

- Total income was ₹554.47 Cr versus ₹414.66 Cr.

- Operating expenses rose to ₹433.75 Cr from ₹321.49 Cr.

- Profit before tax was ₹31.18 Cr, slightly down from ₹31.70 Cr.

- Net profit stood at ₹23.35 Cr compared to ₹23.80 Cr.

- Basic and diluted EPS were ₹9.80 each, down from ₹13.10.

**Balance Sheet & Cash Flow:**

- Shareholders’ funds increased to ₹171.63 Cr (standalone) and ₹171.97 Cr (consolidated).

- Long-term borrowings rose significantly to ₹50.56 Cr (standalone) and ₹75.90 Cr (consolidated).

- Cash and bank balances decreased standalone to ₹56.23 Cr but increased consolidated to ₹35.20 Cr.

- Operating cash flow was positive but modest at ₹0.53 Cr (standalone) and ₹0.21 Cr (consolidated).

- Significant investments in property, plant, and equipment were made during the year.

**Other Notes:**

- IPO proceeds of ₹94.68 Cr have been largely utilized, with ₹0.10 Cr remaining unutilized.

- The company operates solely in the “Rent-A-Cab” segment.

- Auditors have issued unmodified opinions on both standalone and consolidated results.

- Subsidiaries include WTI Fleet Providers Pvt Ltd (India), WTI Rent A Car LLC (Dubai), and PT WTI Trading and Mining Ventures (Indonesia).

Overall, Wise Travel India showed strong revenue growth but faced margin pressure with a dip in profitability. The company continues to invest in assets and manage increased borrowings, reflecting expansion efforts in its core rent-a-cab business.
