Pritika Nagi & Associates has been appointed as Secretarial Auditors for five years. The board will also seek approval to increase the limit for loans, guarantees, and investments up to Rs. 100 Cr to support business and investment activities. Additionally, the company plans to shift its registered office from Delhi to Maharashtra to leverage better business opportunities and operational efficiencies.
