Consolidated revenue rose to INR 674.18 lakh, driven by interest income of INR 335.61 lakh and fees-based income of INR 335.78 lakh. Profit before tax stood at INR 426.60 lakh, with net profit at INR 319.24 lakh, nearly doubling compared to the same quarter last year. Standalone revenue reached INR 473.57 lakh, with profit before tax at INR 351.78 lakh and net profit at INR 263.24 lakh. Earnings per share improved accordingly. The results reflect steady growth in the company’s core NBFC operations.
