Kirloskar Ferrous Industries Limited has announced a board meeting on 4 August 2025 to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company reported standalone revenue of ₹6,566 Cr, up from ₹6,134 Cr last year, with a profit before tax of ₹432 Cr. Pig iron sales rose 22% to 5.12 lakh MT (₹2,078 Cr), castings sales increased 10% to 1.32 lakh MT (₹1,654 Cr), tubes sales grew 8% to 1.69 lakh MT (₹2,103 Cr), and steel sales were ₹541 Cr. Key operational highlights include commissioning of a 70 MW solar plant, oxygen enrichment and pulverised coal injection at blast furnaces reducing coke consumption, and resumption of iron ore dispatches from Kirloskar Bharat Mines. The Oliver Engineering foundry in Punjab was fully operational, supporting capacity expansion and diversification. The company continues to focus on backward integration, cost optimization, and sustainability initiatives, including 82 MW solar and 52 MW waste heat recovery capacity. The board will also consider dividend declaration and other corporate matters.
