Pan India Corporation Limited has announced a board meeting to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company reported a significant loss of Rs. 394.14 Lakhs for the year, compared to a loss of Rs. 8.05 Lakhs the previous year, mainly due to increased provisions including disputed ROC fees related to past capital increases. Revenue from operations was minimal at Rs. 0.13 Lakhs. The Board proposes re-appointment of Managing Director Vijay Pal Shukla and appointment of Pawan Sharma as Non-Executive Director and Chairman. Remuneration for the MD is set to increase gradually over the next three years. The company plans to raise borrowing limits up to Rs. 100 Cr to support business needs. Secretarial auditors Pritika Nagi & Associates are proposed for appointment for five years. The company maintains adequate internal controls and has no material frauds reported. Outstanding income tax demands and ROC fee disputes remain under legal consideration. No dividend is proposed due to losses. The company continues to focus on compliance, governance, and improving operational performance.
