Le Merite Exports Limited — Board Meeting, 11-07-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Le Merite Exports has announced a board meeting on July 10, 2025, approving a preferential issue of up to 86,400 equity shares at Rs. 320 each, raising Rs. 2.76 Cr, and up to 10,37,000 fully convertible warrants at the same price, potentially raising Rs. 33.18 Cr. The warrants carry a 25% upfront payment. The company appointed Ms. Prachi Bansal & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for five years and Mr. Arpit Sharma as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer. An EGM is scheduled for August 4, 2025, to seek shareholder approval for these proposals.
