Globe Textiles (India) Limited — JV/Acquisition, 11-07-2025: Demerger

Globe Textiles is demerging its trading business, which includes the brands INDIGENX and ORIJEAN, into a new entity called Morabia Creation Limited. This move aims to create a focused trading company to unlock shareholder value and enable distinct strategies for trading and manufacturing segments. Shareholders of Globe Textiles will receive shares in Morabia Creation, which will be separately listed on NSE and BSE. Promoters of Globe will not hold control in the new company. The demerged division’s turnover was Rs. 20.77 lakh, a small portion of Globe’s overall business.
