Agarwal Industrial Corporation has announced a board meeting to discuss the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company is acquiring 100% equity of Konkan Storage Systems (Karwar) Private Limited, a port-based industrial and infrastructure firm with a turnover of ₹329.76 Cr (FY24). This acquisition will expand Agarwal’s presence into liquid cargo warehousing and handling, complementing its existing petrochemical and logistics businesses. The deal will be completed via cash consideration, making Konkan Storage Systems a wholly owned subsidiary by September 2025.
