The company regularized Mr. Khilan Savaliya and Mr. Umeshkumar Singh as Director and Independent Director, respectively, and appointed Mr. Harpreet Singh as Managing Director. The authorised share capital was increased from Rs. 5 Cr to Rs. 27 Cr.
