Pro CLB Global Limited has announced a change in management. Mrs. Nupur Soni has been appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, bringing extensive experience in corporate law, taxation, and regulatory compliance. M/s Bharat J Rughani & Co., Chartered Accountants, have been appointed as auditors to fill the vacancy left by the resignation of the previous auditors. Mr. Amrit Nirmal Chamaria has been appointed as Additional Director and Managing Director for five years, with a strong background in sales, finance, and product development within the Laxmi Group. He is the brother of current Director Mr. Niraj Chamaria.
