Pro CLB Global Limited has announced a change in management. Mrs. Nupur Soni has been appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, bringing strong expertise in corporate law, taxation, and regulatory compliance. M/s Bharat J Rughani & Co., Chartered Accountants, have been appointed as the new auditors, replacing M/s Ahuja Arun & Co. Mr. Amrit Nirmal Chamaria has been appointed as Additional Director and Managing Director for five years, with a background in finance, sales, and product development within the Laxmi Group. He is the brother of current Director Mr. Niraj Chamaria.
