TD Power Systems has announced a record date of July 30, 2025, to identify shareholders eligible for the final dividend payout, subject to approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. The book closure period is not applicable. This date also serves for determining members entitled to attend the 26th Annual General Meeting.
