Infosys BPM’s subsidiary, Infosys McCamish Systems, has entered into a consent order with the Vermont Department of Financial Regulation over alleged delays in responding to a cybersecurity investigation. IMS does not admit to any violations but will pay a USD 125,000 administrative penalty. This resolves the matter without further proceedings and has limited financial impact.
