Avenue Supermarts has announced a board meeting on 11th July 2025, approving the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Consolidated revenue rose to ₹16,379 Cr, up from ₹14,111 Cr a year ago, driven by higher sales across offline and online channels. Consolidated net profit surged to ₹771 Cr, compared to ₹774 Cr last quarter and ₹554 Cr a year ago, reflecting improved operational efficiency. EPS stood at ₹11.88 (basic). No dividend or capital raise was declared. The company continues to focus on expanding its retail footprint and strengthening its e-commerce presence.
