Kothari Petrochemicals Limited has announced a board meeting to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The Board proposes no dividend for FY 2024-25 to conserve resources for growth. Independent Directors Mr. Brij Mohan Bansal and Mr. Gautam Roy are recommended for reappointment for five years. Mrs. Nina B. Kothari, Non-Executive Chairperson, is proposed to receive a commission of 1% of net profits, subject to a minimum of ₹5 Cr for FY 2025-26. The company continues to maintain robust governance, risk management, and compliance systems with no material regulatory issues.
