Vedanta Limited — Others, 11-07-2025: Shareholders meeting

Vedanta Limited has announced the results of its 60th Annual General Meeting held via video conferencing. All nine resolutions, including adoption of the financial results for the quarter and half-year, re-appointment of directors Priya Agarwal Hebbar and Arun Misra, appointment of Sanjay Grover & Associates as Secretarial Auditor, and ratification of Cost Auditors’ remuneration, were approved with strong shareholder support. Material related party transactions with subsidiaries Sterlite Electric Limited and ESL Steel Limited were also approved. Voting turnout was robust, with over 82% of shares polled and overwhelming majority votes in favor, reflecting shareholder confidence in the company’s governance and strategic decisions.
