VKS Aiyer & Co, effective from 1st August 2025 until the conclusion of the upcoming Annual General Meeting. The board has also proposed their appointment as statutory auditors for a five-year term thereafter. Sundaram & Srinivasan bring over 80 years of audit experience across sectors including automobile, manufacturing, banking, and technology, supporting Pricol’s governance and compliance needs. This change aims to strengthen the company’s audit oversight.
