Pro CLB Global has announced a board meeting to appoint key personnel and update management roles. Mrs. Nupur Soni has been appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, bringing strong expertise in corporate law, taxation, and regulatory compliance. M/s Bharat J Rughani & Co., Chartered Accountants, Mumbai, will replace the outgoing auditor to fill a casual vacancy. Mr. Amrit Nirmal Chamaria has been appointed as Additional Director and Managing Director for five years, bringing extensive experience in sales, finance, and product development within the Laxmi Group. He is the brother of current Director Niraj Chamaria.
