Modern Insulators has announced a board meeting on which it approved the revision of remuneration for its Chairman & Managing Director, Shri Sachin Ranka, and Whole-Time Director, Shri Shreyans Sachin Ranka. The board also approved the re-appointment of Shri Rahul Singhvi as an Independent Director for a second five-year term, subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, the company will invest Rs. 10.05 Cr in the Carnelian Shift Strategy, a long-term, multi-cap thematic Portfolio Management Service managed by Carnelian Asset Advisors, with the investment to be made in cash tranches over approximately six months.
