Centrum Capital Limited has reported consolidated income of ₹36,613 Cr, up 64% YoY, driven by growth across its Banking, Wealth, Housing Finance, and Institutional businesses. Unity Small Finance Bank’s deposits surged to ₹11,925 Cr with net advances of ₹10,985 Cr, maintaining strong capital adequacy and expanding its branch and digital footprint. Centrum Housing Finance’s AUM crossed ₹1,627 Cr despite macro challenges. The Investment Banking division closed marquee deals including a ₹3,500 Cr QIP for Bank of Maharashtra and advised on a ₹4,950 Cr BOT infrastructure project. Centrum Wealth grew client assets to over ₹38,000 Cr with 30% revenue growth. The group’s private credit arm, Modulus Alternatives, completed its maiden fund with a 17% IRR and is raising a second fund. The company reported standalone net loss of ₹69 Cr, reflecting investments in growth and consolidation. The Board proposes to appoint Mr. Umesh P Maskeri as Secretarial Auditor for five years and seeks shareholder approval for raising up to ₹1,000 Cr via equity or debt instruments, and for material related party transactions involving corporate guarantees and inter-subsidiary debt. The company continues to strengthen governance with new independent directors and maintains robust risk management and compliance frameworks.
