Mahindra & Mahindra Limited — Board Meeting, 11-07-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. has announced a board meeting on which it approved subscribing fully to the proposed Rs. 750 Cr rights issue of its subsidiary, Mahindra Logistics Limited (MLL), with the option to pick up additional or unsubscribed shares. MLL reported consolidated revenues of Rs. 6,104.83 Cr and net worth of Rs. 460.90 Cr for FY25. The company also announced a key management change: Ms. Divya Mascarenhas will step down as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer on July 15, 2025, succeeded by Mr. Sailesh Kumar Daga from July 16, 2025, bringing nearly 30 years of experience in corporate governance and finance.
