Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. has announced a board meeting to approve its subscription to the full extent of its rights entitlement and any unsubscribed portion in the proposed Rs. 750 Crores rights issue by its subsidiary, Mahindra Logistics Limited (MLL). MLL, a 3PL service provider with consolidated revenue of Rs. 6,104.83 Cr in FY25, operates in India and focuses on supply chain management. Additionally, the company has appointed Mr. Sailesh Kumar Daga as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective 16th July 2025, succeeding Ms. Divya Mascarenhas. Mr. Daga brings nearly 30 years of experience in secretarial, legal, and finance roles across major corporates.
