SHREE CEMENT LIMITED — Dividend/Bonus, 11-07-2025: Record Date

Shree Cement has announced a board meeting on 4th August 2025. The record date to determine shareholders eligible for the final dividend for FY 2024-25, subject to approval at the AGM, is 21st July 2025. The dividend payout, if approved, will be made on or after 5th August 2025. The cut-off date for voting eligibility by remote e-voting and at the AGM is 28th July 2025.
