Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. has announced a board meeting on which approved subscribing to the full extent of its rights entitlement and additional shares in the proposed Rs. 750 Cr rights issue by its subsidiary, Mahindra Logistics Limited (MLL). MLL, a 3PL logistics provider with consolidated revenue of Rs. 6,104.83 Cr and net worth of Rs. 460.90 Cr for FY25, will use the funds to support its business growth. The company also announced a change in key managerial personnel: Ms. Divya Mascarenhas will cease as Interim Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective close of 15th July, 2025, and Mr. Sailesh Kumar Daga will assume the role from 16th July, bringing nearly 30 years of experience in secretarial, legal, and finance functions.
