Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. has announced a board meeting on its proposed investment in the Rs. 750 Cr rights issue of its listed subsidiary, Mahindra Logistics Limited (MLL). MLL, a leading 3PL and supply chain services provider in India, reported consolidated revenues of Rs. 6,104.83 Cr and standalone revenues of Rs. 5,012.56 Cr for FY25. The company plans to fully subscribe to its rights entitlement and any unsubscribed shares, reinforcing its commitment to strengthen MLL’s growth and logistics capabilities.
