Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. has announced a board meeting to approve its subscription to the full extent of its rights entitlement and any unsubscribed portion in the proposed Rs. 750 Crores rights issue by its subsidiary, Mahindra Logistics Limited (MLL). MLL, a 3PL service provider with consolidated revenue of Rs. 6,104.83 Cr and net worth of Rs. 460.90 Cr for FY25, operates primarily in India. Additionally, the company has approved the cessation of Ms. Divya Mascarenhas as Interim Company Secretary and Compliance Officer and appointed Mr. Sailesh Kumar Daga, an experienced company secretary and finance professional, to these roles effective mid-July.
