DLF Limited — Others, 11-07-2025: Pendency of Litigation(s)/dispute(s) or the outcome impacting the Company

DLF has announced a board meeting on the settlement of ongoing litigation and arbitration involving Hubtown Limited, Chinsha Property Private Limited, and Twenty Five Downtown Realty Limited (TFDRL). The parties have agreed to a full and final settlement, with TFDRL paying the settlement amount in tranches over 24 months. The first tranche of ₹100 Cr has been received. The remaining amount is secured by a registered mortgage on approximately 1,50,000 sq. ft. of RERA Carpet Area in a TFDRL project in Mumbai. This resolution removes a significant legal overhang for DLF.
