CG Power and Industrial Solutions Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 11-07-2025: Allotment of Securities

CG Power has allotted 7,000 equity shares at an exercise price of Rs. 400.45 each under its ESOP 2021 to eligible employees. The shares have a face value of Rs. 2 each.
