    Jubilant FoodWorks has announced the completion of the sale of its entire 100% stake in Pizza Restaurants LLC, a step-down subsidiary in Russia, through its subsidiary Fidesrus B.V. Following this transaction, Pizza Restaurants LLC is no longer part of the group. This move marks the company’s exit from the Russian market.
