Kolte-Patil Developers has announced a 5% QoQ rise in sales volume to 0.84 million sq. ft., with sales value at Rs. 616 crore and collections of Rs. 550 crore in Q1 FY26. Average realization was Rs. 7,337 per sq. ft., stable YoY. The flagship Life Republic project contributed 0.53 million sq. ft. of sales. Blackstone’s affiliate acquired a 14.3% stake via preferential allotment, strengthening the company’s financial position. The robust sales pipeline across Pune and Mumbai, combined with sustained demand, supports growth prospects for FY26.
