Adani Green Energy has announced a board meeting on the allotment of 1.09 crore equity shares to Ardour Investment Holding Ltd. following the exercise of convertible warrants at a premium of Rs. 1,470.75 per share. This raised approximately Rs. 1,209 Cr in subscription proceeds. Post allotment, the paid-up capital increased to 163.56 crore shares, with promoter holding rising slightly to 62.17%. Ardour retains the option to convert the remaining 1.16 crore warrants within the stipulated period. This capital infusion strengthens the company’s equity base for growth initiatives.
