Shine Fashions (India) Ltd. has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. At its 6th Annual General Meeting, all resolutions were passed with overwhelming shareholder support, including approval of audited standalone and consolidated financial statements, declaration of a 2.5% dividend (Rs.0.125 per share), re-appointment of Mrs. Purvi Anil Sanghvi as director, appointment of M/s Gada Chheda & Co. LLP as statutory auditors, increase in authorized share capital, and issuance of 2.35 crore bonus shares. Mrs. Binal Anish Mehta was appointed Whole Time Director, and Mrs. Nikita Dungarshi Mange and Mrs. Nikita Nikhil Rathod were re-appointed as Independent Directors. M/s JPS & Associates was appointed as Secretarial Auditors. All resolutions received 100% votes in favor from participating shareholders.
