dated 24th December, 2019 and as amended from time to time, we hereby

confirm that there have been no public issue proceeds raised from the Initial

Public Offer (IPO) and Further Public Offer (FPO), Right Issue, Preferential Issue,

etc. during the reporting quarter ended 30th June, 2025.

Hence, the Statement of Derivation or Variation under Regulation 32(1) of SEBI

(LODR) Regulation, 2015 for the quarter ended 30th June, 2025 is not applicable to

the company.
