1. Dr. Yaramati Satyanarayana (DIN: 00360679) Non-Executive Director and Chairman, has

resigned from his office with effect from the closing hours of July 12, 2025.

2. Mrs. Gita Usha Rani Maddukuri (M. No. ACS65602) Company Secretary and Compliance

officer has resigned from her office with effect from the closing hours of August 26, 2025.

3. Appointment of Dr. Avinash Yaramati (DIN: 09804102) as an Additional Director of the

Company upto the date of ensuing Annual General Meeting.

The Disclosures as required under the Regulation 30(6) of the SEBI (LODR), Regulations, 2015

read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 have

been enclosed herewith as Annexure A. As confirmed by them, there are no material reasons for

the resignation other than pre-occupation with professional commitments and personal reasons as

mentioned in their respective resignation letters, which are also being attached herewith.
