Appointment of Secretarial Auditor of the Company

Pursuant to Regulations 24A and 30 read with Part A of Schedule Ill of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and

Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that on basis of recommendation of

the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company, at its Meeting held today, i.e., Saturday,

lih July, 2025, have approved the appointment of Mr. Chintan K. Patel, Practicing Company Secretary

as the Secretarial Auditor of the Company for a period of 5 (five) consecutive years commencing from

1st April, 2025 to 31st March, 2030 (from F.Y. 2025-26 to F.Y. 2029-30), subject to approval of the

Shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

The details required pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure

Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBl/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155

dated November 11, 2024 is enclosed as Annexure-1.

The Board Meeting commenced at 3:00 P.M. and concluded at 3: 30 P. M .
