issued by the SEBI, the Company hereby confirms, that there has been NO deviation(s) or

variation(s) in the use of public issue proceeds raised from the Initial Public Offer (IPO).

We further confirm that during the last 3 Financial Years, there is No Change in Share Capital:

 Buy Back of Securities: Company has not bought back any of its securities.

 Sweat Equity Shares: Company has not issued any Sweat Equity Shares

 Bonus Shares: No Bonus Shares were issued during the year.

 Public Issue, Right Issue, QIP, Debentures: Company has not issued any Public Issue, Right

Issue, QIP, Debentures etc.

 Employees Stock Option Plan: Company has not provided any Stock Option Scheme

Hence, Reg.32 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 i.e. (Statement of Deviation or Variation for

proceeds of Public Issue, Right Issue, Preferential Issue, QIP) is NOT APPLICABLE to the

Company.
