Multiples Private Equity Funds, along with their PACs, have launched an open offer to acquire up to 26% of VIP Industries' expanded share capital. The offer price is INR 388 per share, totaling up to INR 1,437.78 Cr for public shareholders. This mandatory offer follows an agreement to acquire up to 31.89% stake, valued at INR 1,763.31 Cr, from existing promoters.
