Roto Pumps Limited — Important, 14-07-2025: General Updates

The company has allotted 12.56 Cr Bonus Equity Shares in a 2:1 ratio (two for every one held). This increases the paid-up equity share capital from ₹6.28 Cr to ₹18.84 Cr, significantly expanding the share base. These newly issued bonus shares will not be eligible for the final equity dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2025.
