Raymond Lifestyle has announced its 7th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held virtually on Monday, August 4, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. via video conferencing. This virtual format allows shareholders to participate remotely, in line with regulatory guidelines. The company is providing a remote e-voting facility for shareholders. Remote e-voting will commence on Thursday, July 31, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. and conclude on Sunday, August 3, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. The cut-off date to determine eligibility for voting is Monday, July 28, 2025. Shareholders can also cast votes electronically during the AGM if they haven't remote e-voted.
