SBI Cards' board approved key strategic changes. Mr. Krishna Kant Bishnoi has been appointed as the new Chief Risk Officer, effective immediately. He brings 31 years of extensive banking experience, including credit risk management at State Bank of India. He replaces the outgoing CRO. Additionally, M/s Agarwal S. & Associates were appointed as Secretarial Auditors for five financial years, starting FY2025-26. This appointment is subject to shareholder approval. The firm, established in 2003, is well-versed in serving listed entities.
