Indo Amines Limited has opened a postal ballot for shareholders to approve the appointment of Ms. Tejaswini Dalvi as a Non-Executive Director. Ms. Dalvi, an accomplished interdisciplinary researcher with PhDs in Physics and Mathematics, also holds a master's from MIT Sloan. Her expertise spans quantum systems, nanotechnology, and science education, bringing valuable academic and research insights to the board. Her appointment, supported by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, includes remuneration up to 1% of the company's annual net profits. Shareholders will vote via remote e-voting. It is noted that Ms. Dalvi is the daughter-in-law of the Managing Director & CEO and the Whole Time Director.
