Slone Infosystems Limited — Board Meeting, 14-07-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Slone Infosystems' board has approved a substantial fundraising plan, aiming to raise up to Rs. 99.47 Cr. This will be achieved by issuing 37.68 lakh warrants on a preferential basis, convertible into equity shares at Rs. 264 each. These warrants will be allotted to both promoter and non-promoter entities, significantly boosting the company's capital. Additionally, the board approved the Annual Board's Report for the financial year ending March 31, 2025, and decided to convene the Annual General Meeting (AGM) on August 6, 2025, to be held via video conference.
