Femina Infrastructures Private Limited, a part of the promoter group of Shradha AI Technologies Limited, has completed its merger with Zenith Commotrade Private Limited, also a promoter group entity. This move, approved by the Regional Director, consolidates ownership, with Zenith Commotrade dissolving thereafter. As a result, Femina Infrastructures now holds the 28.92 lakh equity shares previously held by Zenith in Shradha AI Technologies, increasing Femina's stake from 8.22% to 12.97%. Femina issued 98,751 new equity shares of Rs. 10 each to Zenith's shareholders as part of the merger consideration. A fee of 0.015 Cr was paid for the regulatory report.
