AEGIS LOGISTICS will hold its 68th Annual General Meeting (AGM) virtually in mid-August. A record date in mid-July will determine eligibility for the FY24-25 final dividend, payable by early September if shareholder approved. Remote e-voting facilities will be available, with the window opening in early August and closing just before the AGM.
