Rallis India Limited has announced a change in its Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Ms. Subhra Gourisaria will be relieved from her role, effective July 24, 2025, as she transitions to another Tata Company. Following a review by its Audit and Nomination and Remuneration Committees, the Board of Directors has appointed Mr. Bhaskar Swaminathan as the new CFO, effective August 7, 2025. Mr. Swaminathan brings nearly 30 years of experience, including his current role as Business Finance Head – India at Tata Chemicals Ltd. This ensures continuity in the company's financial leadership.
